Idol

From the Supreme Court decision on abortion and women’s rights, to the report that abstinence-only education doesn’t work and has wasted millions of taxpayer dollars, to the tragedy at Virginia tech, this has been an extremely intense week in the news. I encourage you to check out the words of this writer, who says it better than I ever could.

And in the realm of the completely gratuitous and irrelevant to anything sexuality/ politically related, I have to say: I can’t believe Sanjaya got voted off American Idol! I’m a big fan of Vote for the Worst, and I applaud their efforts. He truly was the best at being the worst. Brava and bon voyage, my pony-hawked siren…
