Bi Film Show Update

May 3rd, 2007

You may know about my dialogue with the Frameline Film Festival folks, regarding a lack of bi films in last year’s annual San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival. If not, click here to catch up. The great news now is that I’ve been meeting with them ever since then, and have volunteer-curated a program for this year’s fest! It’s going to be a program of all bi-themed and/or bi-directed short films, and, of course, it’s going to be bi-fabulous! In preparing the program, I got to watch bi films from around the world, which was an amazing project in itself. I helped select the best bi stuff out there, so, if you’re in San Francisco next month, make plans to come to the film fest and check out all the great representations of bisexuals on film.

FYI, my journal takes a hiatus next week, as I will be in DC on a business trip. However, check back May 17th for a big announcement!
