Lisa Diamond’s Study

January 20th, 2008

Lisa Diamond, a professor at the University of Utah, is getting a ton of press about her latest research, on bisexual women’s identity. Check out what the press is saying here and here and here. My thoughts on the whole situation will be posted soon, so stay tuned for that.

And speaking of bisexuals and academics, I had the pleasure of giving a lecture at UCSF Medical School this week, where I spoke to students in the LGBTI Health elective class about bisexual health and the Bisexual Health book. Thanks to UCSF student Cristina and to Shane of the LGBTI Resources office for all their support in helping to spread the word about this important topic.

UPDATE: Check out Cathy Renna’s fabulous and fascinating take on the Lisa Diamond study here. Thanks, Cathy!
